Deviled Egg Boats – April Recipes

These deviled egg boats are perfect for snack or a quick lunch.

This is a great way to use up some of those left over Easter eggs! You will also need a bell pepper and mayonnaise (not shown). I like paprika on my deviled eggs so I’m including that too.

Peel your eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.

Scoop out the yolks and put them in a bowl.

Add mayonnaise and mix well. If you like your deviled eggs creamy, add a bit more mayonnaise.

Put the mixture back into the egg halves and sprinkle with paprika.

Slice a pepper and cut the slices into triangles for the sails.

Carefully slide the pepper sails onto toothpicks.

Add the pepper sails to the eggs and set them afloat on your child’s plate for snack.
